THE MAXHOUSE FLOATINGHOME
This floating home house is an full expandable 2 or 3-room house and includes even an complete bathroom with shower, toilet etc.
It can be used as a floating home house when setting it on an pontoon - or also as an regular small living or holiday house.
The house is available in 2 different sizes. The setup time for the house itself with 4 skilled workers until it is fully assembled and it is ready to move and live in on landside will be possible within a day.
The DIY pontoon should be also assembled within about 1-2 days. So withing a few days you can have an 34 sqm floating home for an very reasonable price.
Attention: We recommend to use this floating home only in freshwater, not in saltwater!
The outer design can be customized as well in colours and partially in design to look as for example like a wooden house.
Delivery will be by container to customers nearest worldport.
Prices of the house alone for the 20ft./35sqm version = 29.150 USD, with 50 sqm pontoon Kit = 45.390 USD

If you want an fast & easy to build up very spacy floating home, floating office, floating showroom or whatever - then we also can supply such one too.
In this case we use prefabricated room modules in the size of 2 x 5m (6,65" x 16,5") which are made like to see on the example picture below.
W e would supply the prefab module as an empty shell and can supply the basic material like the wall insulation, wall & roof cladding etc. as an separate equipment kit.
The room module would come ready mounted inside of an container so that they can be assembled together on side by bolts & nuts.
