But they are not our standart designs. Our standart design got for practical and cost reason usually an boxy design.
Because of space reason and maximum space gaining from the existing room, we always recommend not to use any and round designs.
All kits are made to be able to send out in ISO containers to any destination in the world.
We offer several types of KIT performances which are the STARTER, the starterPlus and the starterPlus+.
The STARTER version consist only by the skeleton of the house.
The STARTER-PLUS consist of the house- and pontoon platform skeleton plus the pontoons.
The STARTER-PLUS+ consist of an finished house, the pontoon platform skeleton and the pontoons.
Generally the house skeleton is prefinished by the factory and comes same like the platform in parts to be assembled on site.
We usually only supply the skeleton of the house and pontoon platform so that all the detailled designs can be done on site..
We usually don´t supply a finished houseboat with decoration etc.
The connecting of the Kit parts happens usually by nuts and bolts.
Our performance of the buildingKit system is very solid. The metal parts are made of lightweight but strong light gauge steel bars. They are all hot dipped galvanized. When used in salt water, we would double galvanize the metal parts. The roof itself is very strong and walkable and can so be used as sundeck.
All KITS we can supply in any demanded customized size.
Beside our standart light gauge steel bar versions we also can supply for peoples who doesn´t want to spend much time for finishing the house an container based house.
As for containers usual, they can be adapted together in any way to increase the space. See below some examples.

* THE ABSOLUTE STARTER KIT is just the metal skeleton of the house (brick framework) without any other features. This version is created for peoples who wants to have a solid house and don´t want to build the skeleton by themself. The structure of the skeleton is very solid and so, the roof can be used to walk on as a sunroof. The house comes disassembled in container to buyers nearest port.
The house already can be prepared for installing windows and doors in case we get a drawing from client. Or we also supply the windows. For this we offer an windowKit. If interested in this, ask for more informations.
* THE STARTER PLUS KIT consist of the boathouse skeleton as described already before in the absolute STARTERKIT . Plus 2 steel pontoons (see describtion of the house on next page and about the pontoon on site 4 ) and the pontoon platform framework
* The STARTER COMFORT KIT consist of the only boathouse just like the STARTER house. But instead if dis-assembled it will be pre-finished by the factory and will come in 2 parts to be most easiest to assembled together into one. That means, when the choosen version is the "M" size which is 4m in width, the house comes in 2 halfs of 2x2m / 6,5" x 6,5" Shipping will be by 40ft. container where the 2 halfs are loaded inside. After unloading, the 2 halfs can be connected into one to become a complete boathouse.
* THE COMFORT KIT includes the house as described from the comfort kit plus 2 steel pontoons and the pontoon platform framework.
* Also we can supply a finished house module in the size of 3m x 12m (10 x 40ft.) on basis "plug & play". this module cost about 45,000 USD icl. shipping.
